Before production, customers will receive a digital proof of their banner design. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and approve the proof. Once approved, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.

3. Defective or Damaged Items
If your banner arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a detailed description. We will review the issue and, if confirmed, provide a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

4. Return Process

5. Non-Returnable Items
